Simply contact us and our team of experienced engineers will help you pick the right PC for you. When you call, you get put straight through to an engineer, no sales people, no rubbish.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit/Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Solo, securely via the website during checkout. PayPal and PayPal Credit are also accepted, as well as direct bank transfer. There is no additional charge for using a credit card. We also offer finance plans. All orders, excluding finance, require payment in full upfront.

Each custom PC is subject to a standard build & test time, estimated at 5–10 working days after receiving cleared payment. Once complete, we'll email you to arrange a convenient delivery date, next day delivery is available provided we're notified before 2pm. We offer Priority and Super Rush Job services for an additional charge. If you need a system quickly, take a look at our next day pre-built PCs.

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving the product. Full details can be found in section 7 of our terms and conditions.

Unless you're ordering in bulk (4 or more systems), everyone gets our final best price directly on our website. We do offer a price match, if you find the same specification elsewhere for less, let us know and we'll beat it. We use the very best parts available. Our components come from brands including Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Corsair, Samsung, Inno3D, Phanteks, Kingston, ASUS, Fractal, Seagate, Cougar, be quiet!, Microsoft, Logitech, Marvo, MSI, Palit, Gigabyte, Cooler Master and many more. Every part is named and listed in full, unlike many builders who hide behind vague specs or unbranded components.

Yes. If you require a VAT invoice, just drop us an email and our finance department will send one over to you.

Each product listing states whether an OS is included. We currently supply the latest version of Microsoft Windows. If you add an OS, it will arrive preinstalled, activated, updated, and with all the correct drivers. You'll also receive the genuine licence key affixed to the back of the PC and a USB recovery stick.

The burn-in process is where we stress-test every component to its limit before a PC leaves our workshop. For a standard build this typically runs for 24–72 hours. It ensures every computer is completely fault-free and fit for purpose, and is one of the key reasons we achieve such a low return rate.

All our computers come with a 6-year return-to-base warranty as standard. We provide lifetime free email, live chat, and telephone support on all hardware issues. If you have a problem, please contact us.

Yes! We have a showroom in Colchester showcasing demo systems and components. No appointment needed, just turn up. We have plenty of parking too.

We don't sell standalone components, however we offer an upgrade service where we can fit individual components to your existing PC.

All our systems are fully built, tested, and ready to go. You won't need to assemble anything, just plug it in and turn it on.

At each stage you'll receive an automatic email update. The stages are: Pending → Processing → Parts Allocated → Build Complete → Testing Complete → Delivery Request Received → Shipped. You can also track progress through your account.

Once your build reaches Testing Complete, we'll email you to request a convenient delivery date. Simply reply, we confirm the booking, and your order is dispatched the day before. Full tracking details are provided after dispatch, and our courier will send you a 2-hour predicted delivery window on the day.
