My son really loves his pc we bought this for his birthday,
The people at uk gaming computers were really helpful and talked me through everything about building to testing then to delivering.. I wanted the pc here for my sons actual birthday and they put the pc on a test over the weekend so it can be ready in time for him to have it.. the only issue I had was due to paying via PayPal they said the pc had to be delivered when I originally wanted to pick the pc up the night before my sons birthday but obviously PayPal’s policy said it needs to be delivered but still the team put the pc on a next day delivery and it came before 10.30 am which was amazing, all in all amazing he loves his pc.. :)

Our PC was built exactly as ordered, with excellent build quality. Build time estimates (current climate delays etc) were clear on website/email correspondence and our PC was delivered within the time frame estimated. Shipment was speedy, well communicated and well packaged. A Ram board was loose on delivery but issue quickly resolved by UKGP’s own telephone tech support. An excellent all round experience with UKGP and will buy from them in the future and with confidence.

Hi, would just like to say that the Chaos gaming computer is a great machine and I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. It runs very quietly and the processing speed is very good.
I had no problems when the computer arrived and was impressed by the case and how good it looked. But to say I was amazed when I turned it on would be an understatement! The chaos runs graphically demanding games like Skyrim on ultra settings flawlessly, and there has yet to be something I can throw at it that it can't handle.
I would also like to say that UKGC were very professional throughout the whole process.

To say this computer is a beast is an understatement, I've been playing bf3 skyrim and swtor all on the best settings i can muster and this computer doesn't even flinch. If you are on a bit of a budget this computer is the one for you.
Upgrades are well worth it as well. The company UKGC are very trustworthy and professional.
We had some issues at the start due to my faults and UKGC quickly took care of it without a fuss.
I have recommended UKGC to someone already and will continue to do so. When i need a PC upgrade i will be coming back. I got my PC in 7 working days and it hasn't let me down yet.

I chose to buy my custom PC from UK Gaming Computers for a few different reasons:
Firstly, their website and easy to use customisation compatibility checker were extremely useful, as was the advice that I was given over email. I had also heard that their customer service was fantastic - It was, I was kept updated at each stage of the build and their emails often explained small but appreciated details about the process.
Having received my computer I have to say that I am incredibly happy with the results. I am able to run the games that I have been wanting to play for quite some time - I'm currently playing through The Witcher 2 on high graphical settings - and the overclocking service has notably strengthened the capabilities of an already fairly robust machine.
I will be recommending UK Gaming Computers to anyone who asks me about getting a custom PC, and I would like to thank the team for their work.

I am currently typing this review on the best gaming PC I've ever had. I'm a passionate gamer, but I've had to lower my graphics and gaming performance on nearly all my games due to my previous PCs not being powerful enough to run them at full spec. This PC is reasonably priced as well as powerful enough to run the most up-to-date games with ease.
I was kept fully informed of all updates as it was built as well as what stage in the building process it was at. Was packed well, included full instructions for getting it up and running as well as how to activate the warranty. Any additional software included was installed already for me, along with relevant discs and and codes used. All that was needed was to set up the internet connection and I was away!
I personally would recommend adding a few extras before ordering for the more hardcore gamers, such as added RAM, quieter fans, etc which will help it run more smoothly for the more demanding games. However, as it is, it will easily run most games without a struggle.
Good for gamers who are on a budget or don't want to spend the earth. Would definitly recommend to anyone who is considering upgrading their gaming performance!

I bought this computer after much research and I have to say, it's one hell of a beast. Plays all the games I have on high graphics, and can livestream/record them too. Bought this as my old laptop was just that old, and I had fancied gaming on a pc for a long time. I decided on the Chaos with some added ram and a few extra bits because of the reasonable price. It did take 11 working days rather than the 5-10 said in the estimate, but that's no big deal as I was always kept up to date by the team. When the pc arrived, a few simple steps to set up and your off. I've been playing Witcher 2 and Shogun 2 both on top (near top for witcher) and it looks great! Highly recommend the guys at UKGC! Had it a week now and had to replace the graphics card for causing tearing and artifacts apparent from day one the second my game started. don't know what testing these guys did but it certainly wasn't to see if it could play a game. In short a great PC
Although I did add a few upgrades (to the RAM and Processor) I would say the stock would probably just as good. As I haven't found anything that this cannot run as of yet.
I am running multiple high CPU usage programs with ease, and the speed of it is just phenomenal, you won't find a PC in stores around the country that run this good, even if you were to pay double.
And upon arrival it is ready to go, just plug it into your monitor and power supply, and BAM you are ready to play. I got it with the stock 500gb memory, but if you are an avid gamer (or want to be) or you do a lot of audio/video editing, like myself, I would recommend you either buy a second hard drive, or upgrade to a 1tb, just because you will notice, especially within the first week, that you will start to fill up the hard drive pretty quick with all the software you may not have been able to run before.
In short a great PC, which I have yet to find something it cannot run :)

Early days with this gaming PC. It looks well-built. The case is very bulky - it didn't fit into the space under my desk which was designed for a conventional desktop unit. Needed for better cooling, I suppose, but a point to bear in mind.
It runs cool, runs quiet, and can run Battlefield 3 in Ultra with only the very occasional (noticeable) drop in framerate. So performance is very good.
However the HDMI connection was a bit dodgy - needed some jiggling - and the long-term reliability has yet to be proven.
At this stage customer service from UKGC cannot be faulted.

Although it is quite early for me to be writing a review, i can't help myself.
Received it yesterday and it was all damage free and in perfect working order. The machine itself is simply incredible, all previous computers i have have not been made for gaming (although i had made some minor alterations to them) and usually struggled to run most games. This machine is incredible - It will run every game i have at the highest settings and not even flinch. The core temperatures usually sit around the mid to high 20s (celsius) whilst i'm not gaming and go to the mid 30s while gaming which is very cool - My last PC operated at twice this temperature and regularly went into the high 60s.
The only change i made to this computer was upping to go 8GB of RAM from 4GB, i'm not sure how much of a difference it made, but it sure is a super-fast PC, fast at anything and incredibly capable of running any game i have.
Considering i bought my last PC around 5 years ago for a similar price, this far surpasses it in every way.
The only drawback i could find was that it is considerably larger than my last PC, however it is only a bit heavier despite the extra size, and sits well on the top of any desk without causing any problems - Also allows it to be on display, and it is a very good looking machine.
My verdict so far is that its a great PC if you don't want to spend a massive amount of money, but want to pay a considerable amount of money for a machine that will run the most intensive games around at high or the highest quality while retaining a high frame-rate. With this PC you get reasonably affordable quality AND performance, and the build itself seems very sturdy.
I'd recommend this PC to anybody, and UKGC to everybody.

I wanted a gaming PC and didn't really have the time to build one myself, after shopping around the Internet UKGC had (In my opinion) the best value for money. Before my order was placed I was able to e-mail the costumer service team to ask them a few question regarding the PC, to which my questions where answered under 24 hours. After my initials question, I was comfortable to place an order, with a couple modification to the original specs.
After I had placed my order, something that is extremely helpful is the 'Order Tracker', the e-mail explaining which each step meant, again is very helpful.The very fact that UKGC asks you (the costumer) when your best available, was brilliant, as I needed a weekend delivery due to work.
The order came first thing as stated, no marks on the box or the actually Tower when Un-boxed. Easy set up with all information and discs in a nice folder encase of a reboot.
The service from start to finish was brilliant to be honest, and I would find it very hard to flaw anything. The PC its self is fantastic, and I couldn't wait to get a photo up there on Twitter to show off.
I would highly recommend UK Gaming Computers, Personally I will be using them again regardless.

Ever since the new generation of gaming consoles came out I was on the fence, unsure of what to get next. I wanted to take my gaming to the next level but I was fed up with the hidden costs and odd features of the new generation.
I wanted to play the latest games, but I didn't want to forsake my classic favourites - both the PS4 and XB ONE fail to provide real backwards compatibility.
I realised that the most flexible gaming option would be a solid gaming PC. I was really interested in building a PC of my own but most custom PC sights were intimidating and quite alien to a layman such as myself. I had no idea what parts I wanted.
This is where UK gaming computers really delivered the best possible service. With the help of experienced pc building experts I was able to select every part I wanted individually. I was given excellent recommendations based on what I was after.
I had all the freedom and thrill of building my own machine, while remaining comfortable in the safety of knowing that an expert would review my choices and advise me accordingly if I had made a mistake.
Not only was the service and advice fantastic, but after completing my order I decided I fancied some other parts in my PC. Even though UKGC had already ordered all the parts I had originally selected, they were still very happy to allow me to modify my choices, fuss-free.
I now have the exact product I wanted. After a swift delivery I opened a well-protected package to find a perfect gaming PC that is yet to meet a game it can’t play on ultra-settings! It is genuinely unlike any other gaming experience I have ever had.

Already recommend UKGC to a number of friends
First of all I want to say I upgraded the following: 1tb hard drive instead of 500gb, upgrade to the 6300 processor, xfi extreme sound card and a basic wireless card. So I ordered my chaos a few weeks ago and I didn't get it for 15 days which was pretty annoying although the delivery was very fast it took one day for the actual delivery. The Chaos performs pretty well for casual games, dayZ runs at about 27fps and that's a buggy game, I've played a few other games and got solid 30fps+, graphics are good I play all the games on high or ultra settings which is impressive, pretty fast machine in general. Also came with free led lights which was unexpected:) would recommend to casual gamers , but I haven't get played a very demanding game like battlefield or watchdogs. I will look to upgrade the pc a bit further before I do though. Already recommend UKGC to a number of friends as I'm pleased with this pc and the service I got

So after 1 year of using this machine I've realised I was harsh on my first review. I own a ps4 and this pc with 1TB harddrive and the amd fx 6300 processor. I play games which would be a test a test for any computer, battlefield, h1z1, GTA etc.. and I've found that this is much more enjoyable than my console and games look better, I tend to run games on High setting, sometimes a few ultra too and haven't ever had a game I'm unsatisfied with. This week I got gta for my pc, I play with mainly high settings, normal textures and a couple very high(ultra) settings and it looks very very nice running at about 50fps, apart from when Im driving really fast it seems to drop into the 20's, although I'm not complaining because my ps4 does that too, and it's pretty rare this even happens. Other demanding games I play such as battlefield hardline run on High presetting and it's really smooth and I haven't noticed any frame drops or performance issues. I've recommended 3 friends to ukgaming computers and all of which purchased a pc from here, great service and good value machines:)

I'm thrilled with the performance of my PC
Being a newbie to PC gaming, I was looking for a provider that could give me a good system at an affordable price and to give me as much information as possible as to what I was buying into. With UKGamingComputers I got all of that! The service over email was very reliable, quick to reply, and answered or tendered to any of my needs.
In terms of the computer itself, it's a good rig, very nice looking and a solid build. I'm thrilled with the performance of my PC and I'd recommend it to any starter gamer aswell as those who are looking for a cheaper, high performance PC.

very pleased with the service UKGC provided
What can i say, im very pleased with the service UKGC provided, I was after a gaming/photo manipulation rig and im very please i chose the right one. This thing is a beast, and to boot i have never seen a computer look so tidy inside, they have done an excellent job on the cable management.
First off ,The zalman z11 plus case looks very nice indeed,Its not to large or small has plenty of ventilation, and just an over all sleek design to it,when i took it out of the box it was surprisingly light to handle,when i plugged it in the joy i got just seeing a giant red glow coming from the inside made me all warm and fuzzy inside, and the corsair heat sink has a nice contrast to add to the light show.
I chose to do a little upgrade on the graphics card and went with an nvidia gtx 970 3gb, of which i'm happy to say dose the job and can handle pretty much anything i throw at it, having received a free game with it i fired that up and tested it out and well one happy customer.
The 8 core processor i decided to also do an upgrade on blows away anything i have previously had multi tasking is a breeze and programs like gimp and blender can now be used to there full potential, another plus again.
The 8gb corsair vengence ram is handling things very well to i may do an upgrade later on at some point but so far plenty for what i need it for, as for speed its lighten fast still getting used to pages actually loading up :D i used to have to wait for something to load so i still sit there waiting and its already finished so a massive bonus on the speed side of things which makes me more productive .
Now comes the noise level which is always a concern when you tend to want a decent amount of cooling and i was a little apprehensive when i first saw the amount on there but as soon as powered up its whisper quite, i have it up on the desk almost right next to my head and the noise level barely bothers me at all, compared to what i was used to, you know the kind sort of like buying an industrial fan heater and having it blowing straight in your face, hearing becomes a problem and the breeze might be nice but you know you can,t work while looking like the doc from back to the future when you walk out the door. My 13yo son is very happy with his PC, enjoying gaming to his hearts content, he's probably not pushing this computers capabilities but sure he will given time. Good build time and helpful service when trying to choose which PC was appropriate for my son. Lots and lots of companies on-line offering similar products and UK Gaming Computers best value for spec and good warranty with lifetime support (which is good for a non tech person like my self).
