    Fantastic build super helpful Super happy with my build. Called a few times as I was a bit dubious as to the performance of the 4060Ti due to the limited 8gb vram. But staff assured me it would be okay and told me it wasnt worth the extra money to go for the 4070 instead for my 1440p gaming needs as it's only about a 15% increase. Performs great, bought it for ff7 rebirth and they checked it against the recommended specs even though the game has not been released yet.

    Tons of help, great quality product, quick delivery I recently purchased a gaming PC from UK gaming computers after a recommendation from my friend. As this was my first venture into gaming PCs and I had very limited knowledge on them it seemed like a really big step up and I wanted to make sure I wasn't out of my depth. I decided to message via the ukgamingcomputers website asking for recommendations that were inline with my budget and requirements. The same day I received a message back had bee. suggested a p.c, upgrade recommendations and monitor all within my budget. Service was quick and friendly, I even had my PC case (which looks great) upgraded at no extra cost. My p.c runs fast and quiet, I'm very impressed with the service from all members of staff and would highly recommend using this company, especially if you have limited knowledge in this area of expertise like me

    Excellent build, solid service! Phobetor with a few custom tweaks. I'm an old-school 90s FPS gamer, grew up with the classics and had been lusting after a new PC for a while. After some scrimping and saving I placed my order with UKGC in early May 2021. They were very clear about the potential delays and stock issues and kept me updated as the order progressed. As things were, an extra two weeks was added to the standard build-time, which was perfectly understandable (and, given the GPU, frankly amazing). They completed the testing phase just in time for a weekend delivery as requested. The PC was securely packaged and delivered with care. I'm really impressed with the quality of the build - everything down to cable-management is tidy and solid. In addition, everything was installed and ready to go. I've been having a wonderful time, finally able to run (effortlessly) all the games I've wanted to play for quite a while. I recommend UKGC to anyone who wants a great build for a great price. Very happy indeed.

    Excellent build and informative service! UK Gaming Computers operated professionaly during a difficult time with the lack of graphic cards available worldwide. Even though they were clearly very busy, they tried to keep everyone up to date on the situation as it developed and didnt promise anything that they could not deliver... and the PC was great too!

    Great Computer - Lacking service The computer is a proper machine, so far haven't had any issues with it and runs games on max settings! My quarrel is with customer services, which, when you spend over a grand on a machine, could be better. For one, an unnecessary delay of two weeks was added to my machine for 1) sending me emails that I did not receive and instead of calling me to inform me it was ready, just await me making the phone call to chase up although this may have been my fault as i didn't check the status online. 2) When the delivery went wrong, I didn't receive a call at all to inform me this was the case. When I chased up I didn't even get a "I'm sorry, it's our fault". I just got a "It'll be with you in 2 more days, Okay?". Aside from the poor customer service, everything else is swell. I'd recommend the computer but not sure I'd recommend the company.

    Excellent Product, Great Service Incredibly pleased with this PC! I'm a university student studying games design and I needed a good PC that can run game engines and modelling/rendering software as well as play games. I've been using this PC for approximately two months now and I've had no problems whatsoever- all of my games and programs can be run on high quality and it's so much faster than the gaming laptop I had previously. I had a small problem with the delivery service not sending me the tracking number and UKGC got back to me immediately and solved the issue. I've recommended UKGC to my friends who are in need of PCs, the quality of both the PC and customer service is excellent! I will definitely be coming back to them if I need some upgrades in the future.

    Superb Gaming PC Built to Spec Having built my last PC around 8 years ago it was time for an upgrade. Initially I planned on swapping out some old components for new but since much of the computer parts were old it made more sense to buy new. I'll NEVER buy off the shelf PC's in a chain retailer since the parts are substandard and you'll be lucky to get 2 years use out of it before it breaks or slows to a crawl! I searched for a reputable custom PC builder that only uses the best parts and settled on UKGC for the ease of customising one of their gaming PC's on their website, the detail of their parts descriptions and positive customer reviews stood them out. They were also very informative over the phone, not trying to upsell but instead giving honest feedback about my hardware choices for what I wanted it for and when asking if overclocking the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X would be worth it, I was told it wouldn't be when they could have let me pay extra for it. From order to delivery it took a total of 14 working days which is certainly reasonable giving I placed the order late November so during the run up to Xmas. It came well packaged and with a neat folder that had all instruction manuals and advice on setup. I went with their Phobetor - Ryzen 7 Gaming PC and upgraded the processor for future proofing; I'd highly recommend it, it also came with a great stock RGB fan. I went for a 1TB SSD instead of 250gig for the main drive as it saves on uninstalling larger games and 2x 2TB HDD's for storage. I chose the sleek looking Phanteks Eclipse P400S RGB case with glass side panel. It comes with built in sound proofing, subtle front and interior RGB lights, front fan control, lights controller, 2x USB ports, mic and headphones line in. The cable management for the interior is well thought out: almost all cables are hidden out of sight maximising airflow. With the fan turned down it's barely audible. Given it comes with a 6 year warranty so whilst you could build it for cheaper paying the extra for convenience and peace of mind it was well worth it. It's also nice not having all the empty component boxes cluttering on the garage! It starts up and shuts down in a matter of seconds and whilst I've not yet had the time to play a high end game on it, Geforce tells me that it's capable of playing my latest titles on maximum settings, so I'm looking forward to that!     Excellent build, excellent service - very happy!! I cannot praise UKGC enough. Pre sales service was excellent, with numerous calls to discuss modifications to the Phobetor prior to purchase and advise on areas I wasn't sure about. The build itself is stunning, I chose the Phanteks P400 Air case, upgraded the RAM to Vengeance Pro RGB and added 3 additional Corsair fans to maximise the RGB in the case and when I switched it on I wasn't disappointed. The cable management was flawless which makes the inside look visually brilliant and cannot believe I managed to get the scarce RTX 3070 GPU as well in the build. A few benchmarks completed before packing up for Christmas and the thing is a beast!! I cannot wait for my eldest son to open this at Christmas, he is going to be over the moon!! I have already recommended UGGC to a few people who are after custom PC's and will continue to do so!!

    Excellent Machine I am really pleased with my choice, the PHOBETOR runs everything really well. Service and communications from UK Gaming PCs faultless. Given how big downloads are I think I might have gone for a bigger SSD by default, but that's something I can get later. All round very pleased with my purchase.

    Great PC, quiet, fast and great for gaming I've been using this PC for a few days now and so far it's been great in everything I've used it for including highly CPU intensive games such as ArmA 3. Works great and was a very worthy purchase!
