Stellar Service Needed a new PC and didnt trust myself to build one so I looked into pre-built ones. Stumbled across UKGC online and was instantly amazed at the prices of the pre-built systems. I looked elsewhere just to see if there were any better prices and nothing came close. I went ahead with the purchase and patiently waited. Considering the current circumstances with COVID I managed to get my order within 4 days which to me was fantastic but I believe you can get it even quicker if they're in stock upon purchase. The process is all communicated by email or logging into your account where you can check the status of your order. When it arrived there is everything that you could possibly need in the packaging: Software CDs, Windows installation, manuals for all parts etc. are all in there in case of any hiccups or need for reinstallation. UKGC truly leave nothing amiss and make it as simple as plug-in and play. Highly recommend and there's a reason they are so highly rated, go ahead and treat yourself!

Great quality PC This was my first gaming PC and the site was really detailed and infomative. It shipped really quickly given the pandemic situation. The case is really stylish, modern, and easy to take off the cover if needed. The PC is performing really well, all the games I'd like to play can easily run at the highest settings. 10/10 - Replied to my questions promptly and properly. - Cheapest PC of this calibre I found anywhere online. Even building it myself wouldn't have been cheaper. - Despite the COVID-19 issues, delivery was only 1 day later than it would have been had things been normal, which is remarkable. - PC is quiet, works flawlessly. Didn't even have to go through the nonsense of sorting out Windows 10 when I turned it on. Definitely appreciated. All in all, no complaints whatsoever. 10/10.

Simply amazing Hades is my second gaming computer, and I have to say it is simply amazing. It has very powerful specs at a competitive price, and it can run every single modern game at ultra settings with 60fps easily. The case is beautiful, featuring RGB lights and different colour options. The case is actually very modern, with USB ports arranged very stylishly and it even features fan sliders to control the power and speed of the two main fans. The SSD is extremely fast, and windows loads in 13 seconds (yes I timed it). So if the computer is completely shut off, powering it on will take only 13 seconds until it is on your desktop. There is also a huge glass panel to see the interior, and the RGB lights are also featured inside the actual case. This computer is definitely worth every penny, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Couldn’t be happier! I was told about UKGC from a friend I work with, he recommended you guys to me rather than going to a bigger retailer as the service and care were much better. I took a punt and don’t regret it one bit, the product itself is loaded with the latest software for a really good price. Trying to find one similar from the big retailers was going to cost me £300-£400 more! All in all I’d recommend you guys to anyone in confidence as they won’t be disappointed.
