    Happy Customer This is the type of computer I always wanted as a teenager. I hummed and hawed for a number of years before eventually taking the plunge. At each step during the process I was kept up to date and I found the process really straightforward. I am very happy with the computer and the general service I received throughout. The 6 year warranty also gives me peace of mind for the future. I will definitely use this company again and can thoroughly recommend.

    Great computer I customised this slightly with more SSDs and some quiet features and it works brilliantly and is well worthy of being my first properly new PC and years. Knowing that they've tested it and that there is a warranty is great - as are the warranty instructions - and it seems really well built. Everything runs smoothly and I've been really enjoying putting it through its paces. Highly recommended. My very slight knock is that I asked them to disable the extra lights on the case and they didn't do so, but I can figure that out. Their communication throughout the build / delivery process was very good too.

    Great computer and service My new PC is fantastic, and does everything I want of it. I originally wanted to go with a bespoke PC builder, but they were largely unresponsive and/or had much higher prices. Equally, other PC builders just gave a massive list of components without clear direction. UKGC's lists of selected parts which make sense for the build (e.g. an Extreme Gaming PC in my case) was really helpful, as was the extensive testing they gave it. I found their prices reasonable, their communication throughout the build / delivery process very good and their whole approach great. The packaging was secure, delivery was early (but with notice in case I wanted to change it) and the warranty and accompanying instructions were clear. The PC itself works great, is nice and quiet, and runs everything I wanted to perfectly, and was a much needed upgrade due to the faster SSD and graphics card - obviously worked perfectly with no issues. My very slight knock is that I asked them to disable the extra lights on the case and they didn't do so, but I can figure that out! I'll definitely use UKGC for my next upgrade.

    Another excellent experience This is my third PC purchase from UKGC and my third extremely positive experience. Using their very well laid out online configuration page I was able to look at the various ‘base’ options available and then tweak various components to suits my needs and wishes. I’m not particularly knowledgeable about the latest technology and certainly not about what would make the best choices, so being able to contact UKGC by phone or email has always been very useful. On all occasions I’ve received a very quick response and always felt the advice has been open, honest and with my best interests at the centre of their advice. With this build I also contacted them after making my order to request an additional drive was added after some reflection on my part and asked them to advise on suitability - again; swift and honest advice received and no issues adding this to the build. After three fantastic purchases plus some upgrades over the past eight years it’s clear UKGC are a company that care about their customers just as much as they care about their products. My only regret is that this is my first review….I’m a lazy so and so, unlike UKGC. If you have any doubts after reading all the positive reviews, just give them a call - I guarantee it’ll put your mind at ease immediately. To the team at UKGC - thank you so much. This beast of a PC purrs. I’ll see you again in another 3/4 years.

    Thor/UKGC - Review Pros The PC itself is fantastic, I did modify it slightly so I can't speak for the base version but since receiving my PC over a month ago it has performed as I had hoped. No technical issues or build concerns as of yet. The modified rig I ordered is powerful, incredibly fast, and very quiet. All of the staff at UKGC are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to provide advise on upgrades that I was thinking of (not pushing for the most expensive options) and responded promptly. Kain went over and above to provide the best customer service. Cons The PC took quite a while to build, so be aware if you need it ASAP you will want to discuss this with UKGC before ordering. I ordered on the 28th September, it was originally due to be delivered on the w/c 14th November. This wasn't a problem for me as my old rig was still working, but just consider your timeline before ordering. There was an error by DHL that caused delivery to lapse another week or so. However UKGC were able to correspond with DHL directly and resolve the issue. Overall I would highly recommend UKGC if you are considering buying a prebuilt rig, if you're not quite sure what you need I'm sure if you drop them a message they will be able to provide recommendations on what they think will meet your requirements.

    Continued Great Quality and Service This is the second time i've bought a PC from UKGAMINGCOMPUTER and the experience was great. When building out the PC online the website is intuitive and does a great job keeping all the build fully compatible. They also are quick to update stock when there are new major releases. The build-time was inside the specified timeframe , even with current supply chain issues, and I was kept up-to-date throughout. I had some issues with delivery from their courier but the service in getting everything restored and to me (alongside with some complimentary pieces added) was superb. Couldn't ask for anything more here.

    Amazing! This Is my first investment at this level and with my upgrades it’s serious money, However, you get what you pay for. It looks absolutely incredible and it’s ridiculously fast compared to anything I’ve had before. This was a Christmas present for my son and although I left it late, UKGC managed to get this built and delivered in time. A very happy boy on Christmas morning. UKGC customer service was prompt and very attentive. I was initially worried they would let me down due to the time of year and product delays, but they kept me fully informed throughout the build which re assured me that I made the right choice.     Incredible Build, Amazing Quality I've had computers built locally before and the difference in care is noticeable right off the bat. Having waited for this to arrive throughout lockdown I can honestly say it was worth the wait. This computer can take anything I throw at it, renders like it's nobodies business and is perhaps one of the quietest machines I've ever (not) heard. I upgraded the fans and some other parts but the core machine is the same and honestly, if you are at all interested in gaming then this machine will slice through any game you can hurl its way at max settings. I've already recommended UKGC to my friends and don't doubt I'll continue to do so. 11/10.

    Amazing product capable of handling any task thrown at it thus far with ease From first contact with UKGC they helped us through some payment issues displaying excellent customer service. I was kept up to date regularly throughout the build process all the way to it being delivered to my door. Once the box was opened the recommended set up videos went into excellent detail for extracting and wiring up the computer which were very easy to follow for a beginner like me. As for the performance it is the best I have personally experienced, it has ran everything I've thrown at it so far with frames to spare as well as me allowing to experience all the details I've missed in some of my favourite games thanks to being able to smoothly run in 4k. 10/10 product and customer service

    This PC is awesome! Thank you, UKGC, for the terrific rig! Having now had it for nearly a week, it exceeded every expectation. Not only did it work straight out of the box, but it absolutely destroyed every benchmark I tested it on. I can now finally run my games on 140+ FPS and enjoy them. I appreciate the time you took to keep me updated (even when there were delays due to supply chain) and the diligence you took during testing to ensure that everything was just right. You guys rock!

    Monster PC great service I purchased this during the Covid outbreak and despite all the supply and work issues that came with it the team managed to churn this PC out quickly and efficiently with no problems keeping me updated every step of the way with absolute professionalism. The PC itself looks as badass as it runs and so far has managed to completely max out every game I have thrown at it, including Deus Ex Mankind divided, The Witcher 3 and Warhammer 2 total war (can handle about 6 full armies on screen at the same time which is crazy to me) all three being notoriously demanding games to max out, so if your a serious gamer this wont disappoint. I upgraded the RAM to 32gb and a couple of other parts which is overkill and not really necessary but with future proofing in mind I went for it. Highly reccomend this PC and using this Company 10/10

    What a beast! I only have the highest praise for UKGaming Computers. They are competent, professional and friendly. It is my 2nd PC I bought from them and I am really satisfied yet again. The old PC is still up and running and I never ran into any issues. This Thor PC is an absolute beast though and they did a really good job at balancing hardware and aesthetics. You might have to wait slightly after making your order but that is only because they make sure everything runs well. Stress testing is an important part of ensuring quality and trust me the wait is worth it! Am really, really happy with this service which is why I returned in the first place. Great customer support as well. 10/10 would recommend!

    Needless to say the computer is still working perfectly to this day. The computer was in great condition when it arrived as well as working perfectly once we had started it up. I had a hitch with a graphics card, which stopped working after 6 months, but I sent it back and the problem was dealt with fairly quickly - ukgc even gave me a little something for the trouble. Needless to say the computer is still working perfectly to this day.

    Thank you very much UKGC Well, where do i start? From day one customer service was outstanding, being able to track exactly what stage my rig was at, at all times was a great feeling knowing the birth was getting extremly closer! I purchased the 'THOR' Rig, which to my surprise when i opened the packaging it looked like i could step inside and drive the damn thing! Awesome i know! The cable management inside is so perfect and tidy my first thoughts was "wheres all my monsters insides?" But fool you not, from one push of the power button after setting up, i was on my desktop in seconds! So as you do when buying a new pc.. you decide to think what you can throw at it right? Well i decided as Battlefield 3 is one of the latest games due to be out i downloaded the beta and stuck everything onto max and i was absolutely gobsmacked! This beast absolutely ruined the game! It was as if God himself struck down from the heavens and made such a beautiful creation, capable of decimating all!! My only problem was with the Razor Megalodon headset i had purchased, during any type of Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) my friends witnessed that my mic would transmit a horrible white noise which i couldn't seem to work out how to fix.. but after excessive research i had stumbled across some very valuable information. You have to have a 3.0 usb port for the headset to function to its full capabilities. I hope this helps anybody else out there that may have the same issue! Apart from that i am a 110% happy customer, and would highly recommend UKGC to anybody that wants quality, performance, tidyness and just plane and simply pure satisfaction!     Have no complaints, 5 star. Really great PC, makes quite alot of noise especially when all the fans are on high but when using my headphones you don't even notice. Also the fans really give you a nice breeze in the ridiculous summer heat nowadays. I got this machine with 16GB RAM, 2 x Nvidia GTX 560 TI's working in SLI, which is the first time I've ever used two graphics cards in one machine. There are a few complications when trying to use two cards with a game not really compatible with two. However it takes literally 5 seconds to disable and enable SLI from the control panel. The quality of the cards are great though, practically max out games like ARMA 2 and Shogun 2 with great fps and the processor is flawless when gaming Great service from UKGC, the regular emails with updates are helpful and there's alot of useful information that comes in the packaging for newbies. Price-wise I had to pay just over £1800 for everything altogether but I was splashing some cash out for my 18th and I definitely don't regret it when I'm playing games. Could probably get all the parts and build it for alot cheaper but I don't have the time or skill for that. The standard case doesn't look beautiful but it does look like an absolute beast. It's very big and black and bold and looks like it could destroy you if you looked at it in the wrong way. SUMMARY. Service and delivery was excellent. This computer is incredible for gaming, it is a bit pricey but be prepared to spend a considerable amount no matter how you go about getting yourself a gaming PC. Have no complaints, 5 star.

    I wasn't kidding when I said it was a monster of a PC. Where does one even start? First off if you're reading this to know if there is anything negative, I have to say it would be that the price didn't involve the Windows 7 until I realised before I finished my order, and thus corrected it; that's all the criticism I could think of honestly. The positives I have for UKGC however is quite different: - Very responsive and good communication in each step of your computer's stage of construction. - The "leveling"/"Rating" they give for the attributes of their computers (upgrades, processing, gaming) seem to be fairly honest. - Their choice of courier is great and when you say you want it delivered you will get it delivered on that day. - When you receive your computer you will find documents and little slips of info here and there to guide you on setting it up; the info it provides is fairly simple and straight forward so for people who aren't tech-savvy will not have to worry. As for the computer itself I can't honestly describe the intensity and prowess of it. The moment I un-boxed it to get a good look at the monster I couldn't help but smile like a giddy child. Once it was set up and running I still remained just as giddy and almost laughing that my computer booted up so fast it didn't even give the Windows 7 logo time to show up, I was already on my desktop and installing what I needed. The computer itself was pretty much the Thor default selection of hardware so for one who is interested in buying the Thor as it is without adding extra goodies, then I can tell you that if you intend to play games on it, you will not be disappointed. All the games I have thrown at it (including some modded to require more graphical and processing input) have been chewed up and spat out on my monitor screen with smooth FPS with not a single drop.

    Examples of games: - Crysis (+Extreme Immersion Mod) - Skyrim (+Countless graphics improvement mods from the Steam Workshop) - Borderlands 2 etc... I could go on but I'll just say in summary that I don't regret buying from here and will no doubt refer to friends and family whenever they wish to look into purchasing a computer. On a final note though, if anyone purchases the default casing (Antec 1200) I highly suggest that you look up it's size and dimensions. I wasn't kidding when I said it was a monster of a PC.

    A pleasure to be a customer and would definitely recommend to others. I purchased the Thor PC with a view to upgrade certain components, to support the very best gaming experience for my budget, on a triple monitor configuration running 6780x1440 ( 3 x 27" ) As a base unit, the Thor is already a high spec, but with some very helpful and knowledgeable advice from the guys at UKGC, I was able to tweak the components and get exactly what I needed. They only use top brand items in their build, so I had piece of mind you I getting the quality I wanted. Throughout the order and build process, I was kept informed as to progress, and I was particularly impressed that the completed system underwent rigorous testing before it was approved for delivery. The extra bit of care really ensured that I received a top quality PC that will perform as expected. They delivered within the timescale they promised and I'm very pleased with my PC. A pleasure to be a customer and would definitely recommend to others.

    Overall I am happy with my Purchase and the service provided. Having decided to purchase a new computer I was unsure of which would be best for my needs. I emailed UKGC through their contact form on the website asking for their recommendations and within a few hours I received a reply advising me of my options. I used the website to generate my order which had an easy layout and placed my order. The emails sent to me informing me of the stage my build was at gave me peace of mind. The service provided is excellent as during my build I decided to upgrade parts of my order which was no problem. The actual PC 'Thor' runs smoothly and seems to play my games that I enjoy on maximum settings. I do notice a small amount of lag here and there but not much. The primary reason for me buy the PC was for data processing for my Uni work which for that its excellent. The start up through windows 8 is extremely fast and all my clicks are answered promptly once I am logged in. Overall I am happy with my Purchase and the service provided. I would however check the warranties offered by UKGC as I failed to notice the different levels and am unable to cover the parts for a longer period of time.

I was kept informed throughout and eagerly awaited my new purchase. On arrival I was very impressed with the build quality, everything meticously fitted with cables routed both neatly and optimally; great job guys. Not withstanding the machine itself, whcih is awesome and drives my online games and applications with a soft purr like a fine tuned thoroughbred, I was also very impresed with the attention to detail placed on ensuring the whole process was stress free, including detailed information on the warranty and the very handy first use check list.     Top notch, thank you very much! I bought a fairly high end custom gaming pc (numerous upgrades to the base 'Thor' system) from UKGC after having my old trusty rig for around 7 years. Firstly, the build quality is excellent. UKGC take their time with extensive testing and quality control to ensure that when you get your new machine, it is ready to use without any problems. Whilst this may add some time on to the wait for delivery; it is more than worth it for the peace of mind it brings. That being said, I only waited 9 working days from order to delivery and my system included SLI, max overclocking, water cooling and 16gb RAM - all of which require extra testing. When the PC arrives, you can tell by the way it is packaged that UKGC really care about each machine they make - the PC is well protected with polystyrene and has a foam packet inserted into the chassis to prevent any transit damage. The courier driver even commented that my package had every possible warning label on the box, so he was well aware that the utmost care was required in handling. The PC itself is a dream, obviously you get what you pay for in terms of components and I certainly feel I have got my money's worth. It is quiet, fast and powerful - running the newest games on ultra settings at 60fps+ (the only thing stopping me getting more is my old 60hz monitor that tears if vsync isn't on - time for an upgrade or three!) I have called/emailed UKGC with numerous small enquiries over the last week or so and they have always been extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I always felt like they really 'wanted' to help me out - not just going through the motions of customer service like many companies do. All in all, I am very pleased and impressed with both the product and the service received from UKGC. Top notch, thank you very much!

    Pretty swell computer! No problems at all! Pretty swell computer! Although did take 2 to 3 weeks from the order being placed to receive it.
